My Road

The journey that shaped who I am today
Section 1

Present

As a co-founder at MediaThrive, I bring my expertise in technology, automation, and business process optimization to help our team build a truly next-generation product for the media industry. I believe deeply in our team’s potential and the value we can deliver through innovation.

Beyond my work at MediaThrive, I provide consulting services, helping various businesses and teams with technical and business challenge – many in AI, but also across a broad spectrum of technology and organizational topics. On the tech side, I enjoy experimenting with small, personal vision projects purely for fun, without offering them as a service.

In recent years, I’ve also devoted more time to several small offline ventures I’m involved with, including Nebula Coworking Space (https://nebula-coworking.space/) and Angle Wine (https://anglewine.com/).

The Startup Era

ToolDomains.com (2014–2022)

In 2014, together with my co-founder, I launched ToolDomains.com as a startup focused on large-scale domain data collection and analysis. We started with a small, dedicated team of six and gradually expanded our proprietary database from 800 million to over 1.2 billion domain records, building out a global server infrastructure and managing nearly 600,000 domains at scale.

During this period, we secured two rounds of seed investment, which gave us the opportunity to experiment and refine our business model and product offering. I was responsible for building the team, overseeing the company’s legal and operational processes, and ensuring the delivery of reliable internal tools to support our growth.

This phase was marked by a collaborative culture, hands-on leadership, and a focus on operational excellence—laying the foundation for future expansion and organizational maturity.

Edoms.com (2022 – transformation into a JSC)

At the end of 2022, after a strategic buyback of our investors’ shares, we transitioned ToolDomains.com into Edoms.com (JSC), establishing a formal joint-stock company with a board of directors and a rapidly growing team.

As the company expanded beyond 100 employees, I led the organizational transformation from a flat startup to a multi-department, hierarchical structure—driving the development of clear internal processes, improved communication, and a strong foundation for data-driven decision making. My focus remained on technical leadership and operational optimization, while also prioritizing internal structure and effective cross-team collaboration.

Our main brand, Seo.Domains, became the largest supplier of expired domains for the SEO industry, firmly positioning Edoms.com as a key player in the global domain market.

Web Agency Period

My career in web agencies began in 2006, when I joined my first studio with two other partners. I my role was the main programmer but I quickly developed an interest in SEO. As I gained experience, I expanded my role to include client communication and sales, deepening my understanding of web optimization and project delivery.

Afterwards, I went to a larger company, where I managed the web division, led a bigger team, and became involved in the financial and administrative aspects of the business. During the financial crisis, I participated in the sale of the web unit.

In my final web agency venture, I further broadened my scope—leading an even larger team, taking on responsibility for social media marketing, and playing an active role in the management of online reputation (ORM) campaigns for clients. These years solidified my expertise in web technologies, digital marketing, and team leadership.

Early Years

My passion for technology started in high school, where I worked with hardware, assembled computers, and experimented with microcontrollers. My first steps in programming were with Pascal and IRC scripting, and I gradually moved on to Linux and more advanced networking solutions.

At university, I studied robotics, systems analysis, and microcontrollers, while also expanding my interest in software engineering and the integration of hardware and software. This period shaped my engineering mindset and my holistic approach to technological challenges.
